I remember reading something in Science Weekly years ago, about a man who was using nitro paste for the same purpose. The wife complained that it gave her a headache...
there was an episode on one of those medical shows where the doting wife kept putting what she thought was Hemmerhoid cream on her husbands rectum...he kept suspiciously collapsing...they were suspicious that the wife might be "too doting" and thought she was trying to do him in.....
they finally discovered the wife thot the nitro ung was the hemm cream....that episode was only a couple wks ago.....
