That's right! It's a kidney-sized blood clot, sitting right on the
ambulance ramp near the sliding doors! Yum.
Don't slip in it on your way out!
(Don't worry, it's "happy blood"--from an extramural birth. The baby
was born in the cab on the way to the hospital, and mom and baby are
just fine.)

I hope they cleaned that up quickly! Can you imagine the look on people's faces when they come by? :S
